The Facts

Update as of 10-15-2018 -- The case has been dismissed by both parties.  As we have agreed to move forward, the dismissed case will remain confidential.

There have been many allegations made by both Victor and me. Many are based on assumptions, speculation or opinion. Some are completely false and defamatory. And other allegations are actually FACTS and have been corroborated with supporting evidence.

FACTS

• Victor and I met in 2009. 

• Our "intimacy" started in September 2009 and became a relationship in June 2010.

• Our personal and professional relationship officially started in June 2010.

• We communicated daily from June 2010 until mid-June 2011.

• I told Victor about my feelings for him in August 2010.

• I appointed Victor as my beneficiary in October 2010.

• Pre-Production of "Looking for Clarissa" (formerly "Looking for Clara") started in February 2011.

• Mid March 2011, I loaned Victor $14,000 to save his California home from foreclosure.

• "Looking for Clara" was filmed in Italy during the month of May 2011.

• Victor and I had personal and professional problems during June and July 2011.

• August 3, 2011 - I disclosed information about our intimate relationship to the production attorney and his manager.

• August 3, 2011 - Victor took the last $17,500 of MY investment and disconnected his phone.

• September 7, 2011 - I sent Victor a letter demanding my money back ($17,500), as it was not part of the financing agreement.

• September 8, 2011 - Victor used MY money to hire attorney Roger Muse to sue me. Victor assured that MY money was intact and was not to be used.

• September 20, 2011 - Victor filed a lawsuit against me.

• September 21, 2011 - The lawsuit became a scandal that traveled the world.

• November 10, 2011 - I filed my cross-complaint against him.

• Late December 2011 - I learned I had insurance to cover litigation and switched attorneys. My insurance policy covered my defense and practically 95% of my action against Victor.

• March 30, 2012 - Victor dismissed his lawsuit against me making me lose my coverage to continue with my lawsuit AGAINST him.

• April 2012- I cashed my IRA and hired two brilliant attorneys - Hass Sadeghi and David Hakimfar.

• July 6, 2012 - I filed my Proposed Amended Cross-Complaint.

• Late July, 2012 - Details of my amended cross-complaint hit the internet tabloids and went viral.

• August 2012 - Victor and I were deposed.

• Late August 2012 - I dismissed my lawsuit against Victor because I had no funds to continue litigating.

• September 23, 2012 - I posted an article about Victor on Cheaterville.com.

• October 24, 2012 - Victor and I met at Roger Muse's office. Roger Muse threatened to sue me again because of the Cheaterville article. 

• November 2012- Roger Muse wrote a press release clearing Victor of any wrongdoing. I made a few changes and signed it in exchange for not getting sued again.

• December 20, 2012 - The press release got published and became public.

• January 4, 2013 - I received proof from Victor himself, that he had used my money to hire Roger Muse to sue me.

• Victor claims that the movie is in post-production and expected to be finished in March 2013.

This is a summary of the facts. Of course there is lots of "drama" and fun anecdotes that go with these facts.  Read the other posts for more information if you are interested in the story.  There are video clips in most of the posts as well.

Disclaimer – As of October 15, 2018, all legal issues have been resolved. This resolution was reached during arbitration. There are no pending issues related to fraud or theft. The resolution was mutually agreeable. There will be no more posts written about this story.

Sept 21, 2011

I knew that Victor had sued me the day before, on the 20th, when my attorney friend, the one who wrote the letter to Victor, called me and emailed me the complaint. When I saw it, I though it was completely ridiculous. In fact, I did not read it carefully, as it contained lie after lie and made no sense to me. I had not been personally served with papers, so I opted not to worry too much about it.

What I never expected is what happened on the 21st of September. I received an email from my good friend Jonathan.

I immediately clicked on the link. My jaw dropped as I read it. I started to wonder how Jonathan saw this link. Was he searching for me or Victor specifically? Why would he read this specific article? How much was on the web?

By Sunday, September 25, 2011, TMZ wrote an article that eventually traveled the world translated in several languages. I was shocked when one of my clients in law enforcement sent me a text message with the tmz link inquiring "do you know this guy?"

I read it, immediately talked to my attorney friend. She told me to respond and tell the truth. So that is what I did.

A super good looking soap opera stud claims he's being victimized by an obsessed female movie producer -- who allegedly has it out for him because he refused to email her a pic of his "live organ."

Victor Alfieri -- who starred on "The Bold and the Beautiful" and appeared in the movie "Angels and Demons" -- is also an aspiring filmmaker ... and claims a female fan decided to invest in one of his projects last year.

Alfieri claims the woman, Adriana Trevino, dumped more than $150k into his movie -- but it soon became clear that she wanted a sexual relationship with Alfieri as part of the package deal.

In his lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Alfieri claims Adriana would often try to get frisky with him -- one time suggesting they have sex to "release some stress."

Alfieri claims he turned her down ... so "she asked that he at least email her a picture of his 'c**k' which she could masturbate to."

Alfieri claims he again refused ... and instead emailed her a link to a photo of a dildo -- but Adriana replied that she would rather "have Alfieri's 'live' organ."

According to the suit, Adriana finally got the message ... but instead of quietly moving on, she allegedly stole the footage from Victor's movie ... and refuses to give it back.

AND THERE'S MORE ...

Victor claims Adriana contacted his mother who lives in Italy -- and told her that they were humping ... which in turn caused Victor's mom to FREAK OUT so bad, she needed to be hospitalized.

Victor is begging a judge to force Adriana to return his footage -- plus he wants unspecified monetary damages.

The producer who is being sued by soap star Victor Alfieri claims she was just joking when she asked him to send her a pic of his privates -- and says the two were in an "intimate relationship" until Alfieri broke it off and ran off with her money.

Adriana Trevino claims she began working with Alfieri on a movie in June 2010 and their relationship began around the same time. Trevino says Alfieri wanted to keep their relationship secret, which she did, until she heard that Alfieri was telling the crew of their movie that she was obsessed with him.

Trevino says she came clean about the relationship and as soon as she did ... she says Alfieri withdrew the rest of her investment in the movie from the bank. She says he disconnected his phone and disappeared.

As for his claims Trevino was somehow involved in landing his mom in the hospital, she says the mother and her were quite close. Trevino says she went to the mother when Alfieri disappeared, and when the mother tried and failed to get a hold of her son ... she had to be rushed to the hospital.

She explains the penis pic request ... saying Alfieri mentioned sending her a pic and she was merely asking for what she was offered.

Trevino says she's planning to sue for slander. 

By September 27, there were over one million links covering this scandal. I received emails and calls from magazines and reporters who wanted to get an interview with me and my side of the story. TMZ called me constantly to get more details so they could continue covering this "juicy" scandal. I refused to give any more information per my new attorney's advice.

Never in my life did I expect to be involved in a Hollywood scandal such as this. Now I wonder what would have happened if I had told the truth, the whole truth... everything... from the beginning. The scandal would have died right then...

And what if I had told the truth to the production cast and crew about my intimate relationship with Victor?... then all of this could have been avoided.

No Insurance Coverage, No Attorney, 

No Money to Fight... No Hope?

Early April, 2012 - When Victor Alfieri dismissed his lawsuit against me, I lost my insurance coverage. I was on my own again with no money to hire an attorney to pursue my legal action against Alfieri.

I reached out to my USM (University of Santa Monica) community. One of my classmates referred me to his brother, an excellent young attorney, Hass Sadeghi. I remember the first time I talked to Hass. He listened to me and the facts of my case. His kindness and sincerity were evident, even over the phone. I told him that I did not have much money. He  said that we could work something out. He lives and works in San Diego. So he suggested that it would be a good idea to partner up with a colleague of his, David Hakimfar who has offices in downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood.

I met with Hass and David on April 15, 2012. We talked for a few hours. I explained to them that I really wanted to amend my cross-complaint based on omitted facts, new facts/allegations and to add Defamation as a cause of action.  I told them that I understood that nobody could guarantee that I would win the case or that I would get any of my money back (from the film production).

Dropping my lawsuit at that time would have been the "sensible" thing to do, as I had no money to fund litigation. Doing so felt so wrong to me. I wanted the opportunity to file an amended cross-complaint to tell the truth - my truth. I wanted those facts to be official and public.

Hass and David agreed to work for a reduced rate. I managed to come up with the amount required for the retainer... after cashing my IRA and using my tax return money, of course.  I don't regret making that investment. Hass and David provided outstanding representation, service and support. I can honestly say that Hass and David truly understood what my case was about and what I wanted to achieve, or at least, what I wanted to pursue with the litigation.

They agreed to file the amended cross-complaint as I drafted it.   And here's the complaint... the very same complaint my previous attorney refused to file.

[Disclaimer - This complaint was filed in July, 2012, before I learned that Alfieri had indeed finished the movie.  I recently retracted the allegations of fraud in relation to the production of the film.]

About two years ago, I was in a romantic relationship with a former soap opera actor whose dream was to become a film writer/director. I loved this man so much, believed in him and trusted him that I ventured to start a production company with him. Our first movie project ended in betrayal, slander and lawsuits.

Soap Star Victor Alfieri Suing Fan for Libel?

I was shocked when a friend of mine sent me this link. Fan??? I was never his fan. In fact, I never saw his soaps or shows. When we were together he would tell me, "baby, you never watch my shows..."

The posts and articles on the internet kept spreading.  The link below has been the most harmful to my reputation. Most of the allegations contained in Alfieri's lawsuit are false, certainly the "obsessed fan" and harassment allegations.

About seven months ago, I called the CourtHouse News to ask them to please remove this link, as it was damaging me professionally and personally. Alfieri's lawsuit had been dismissed at that point. A Courthouse News Service Representative said to me, "if we were to take down the articles we post we would not have a business." I replied to her , "all you care about is your business even if what you are publishing is clearly false and damaging to a real person."

Scandalous details of the slanderous complaint against me kept spreading virally on the internet. When TMZ published the article below, many of my business associates and friends had read it. They were the ones who alerted me.

The links kept multiplying. The news traveled the world translated in many different languages. It was funny to see how these false allegations were distorted even more. Some of the articles described me as the lead actress. Some assured I was Italian... and so on.  Now that I look back, all of this is humorous.

I fought back and filed a cross-complaint against Victor Alfieri and Bondolini Productions.

The case got messy and complicated. I had several attorneys represent me before I found two attorneys who truly understood what my case was about and were willing to fight for me and not sell me out.

I amended my cross-complaint and filed it in court. This time I made sure to include all the details necessary to tell my story.

The news went viral on the internet again. It is incredible how fast news travel when they are juicy and scandalous.

Alfieri had already dismissed his lawsuit against me. At this point I was the one continuing with my legal action against him. All of this was happening during the summer of 2012. My attorneys and I were getting ready for depositions and trial.

A couple of months later, I was deposed. Victor was deposed. We then met for mediation.  I did NOT sign any settlement/agreement.... I did, however dismiss my lawsuit against Victor Alfieri and Bondolini Productions.  Why????

I do want to see this movie finished, distributed and released. I would also love to recover my investment. Nothing wrong with that!

So, what is the purpose of this blog?

My intention is to tell my PERSONAL story. I will also be sharing everything - court papers, discovery (evidence used in court), deposition transcripts and videos, personal text messages, voice messages and pictures.

I have asked Victor numerous times to make a public statement telling the truth about our relationship. He has continuously refused.  So I told him, "if you will not tell the truth... I will."

I will focus on telling MY story and not that of any cast or crew member of the movie I financed. I will back all my claims with evidence to the best of my ability.

Why am I doing this??? Because I respect myself. I will honor myself and my truth.

The first New Year's resolution I made was - to live my life with integrity and impeccability. No more hiding or covering the truth....
