The Facebook Hacker

Update as of 10-15-2018 -- The case has been dismissed by both parties.  As we have agreed to move forward, the dismissed case will remain confidential.

--------

Victor Alfieri had firmly affirmed that we never had a romantic or sexual relationship. He denied ever leading me on or reciprocating my interest and affection. After all, that was the basis of his lawsuit against me - his claims that I had sexually harassed him, slandered him by telling people we had slept together and stealing the footage of the movie I financed when he rejected my advances.

During his deposition on August 16, 2012, Victor Alfieri was shown pictures of a facebook chat with me. Please see post "How We Met" to see facebook chat and text messages. In this chat, it is clear that we are flirting with each other. Apparently he did not expect to see this type of proof during his statement under oath.

Watch the following video to see the explanation Victor gives for this facebook chat.

So.... who gave me Victor's phone number? the hacker? Who talked to me on skype? the hacker? Who had sex with me????  I know.... yes!  The hacker!  Or may be one of the eight impersonators.

8 Impersonators?

The facebook hacker and 8 impersonators story was so funny to me that I created a trailer.

The following video has been inspired by Victor's creative imagination. Intended for entertainment purposes only.

  1. Victori Alfieri In Legal Battle With Producer Adriana Trevino; UPDATED: Lawsuit Dismissed, Allegations Retracted

Beverly Hills entertainment attorney Roger Muse, who represents Victor Alfieri, obtained the following statement from Adriana Trevino, which Ms. Trevino authorized to be published:

"I have dismissed my lawsuit against Victor Alfieri, and I would like to publicly retract the fraud allegations I made. These statements were made by me after having been misled by a third party. Once Victor and I met to review the books and bank statements, it became evident that I had been lied to by this third party. No money was ever stolen. Victor Alfieri did not commit fraud. I have since had an opportunity to view the film and I am very pleased with the job Victor has done. Since we have settled our dispute, Victor and I have agreed to continue working together to complete the film as originally planned." - Adriana Trevino

Additionally, Muse also obtained, with the assistance of Italian attorney Valerio Orlandi, over thirty declarations from the cast and crew of the film Looking for Clara.

Below are three of the thirty declarations and two statements obtained from the lead cast of the film.

After learning about the false allegations Joel Moody and Clark James Gable emailed the following statements:

    From Joel Moody:
"Shooting 'Looking for Clara' in Italy was by far the best experience in my life. I'm not concerned with any false accusations made about harm inflicted on the cast and crew, those can be sent to the wind. I can't wait to see the final product! Calcata was such an amazing village, words are hard to describe it and this movie is going to be a must see for all the thriller fans out there!" Joel Moody

    From Clark James Gable:
"Hey Victor - I would like to let you know I apologize for any false accusations regarding the events that did not occur on set. I recall you being very professional and making this experience nothing short from excellent. I know you and I never were in any form of a physical altercation. Please let me know how we can solve this problem and move forward with this excellent film. Thank you" Clark James Gable

    1. To Anonymous (in Italy).

Thanks for bringing this up. I will write a specific post on WHY I gave that press release. I will publish the post in a couple of days.

As to Joel Moody and Clark Gable, I will also address this in another post although I did state that the intention of this blog was to only talk about my PERSONAL experience.

Please read the other posts so you get the whole story. Victor himself confirms much of what I have said... but then contradicts himself... that happens when what you tell is not the truth.

  2. From Robert Madison:
" I Robert Madison, declare as follows: I worked on the film Looking for Clara directed by Victor Alfieri, contrary to the allegations against Alfieri, the shooting of the film was never a nightmare, Alfieri was not abusive to either the cast or crew, and at no time were any members of the cast or crew subjected to any dangerous conditions, I never saw Alfieri making sexual advances or demands on any of his cast. Alfieri worked really hard on the set, he was very professional and made everyone at ease. I am looking forward to be working with him again in other future projects" Robert Madison

    From Simone Spinazze:
"I, Simone Spinazze, declare as follows: I worked on the film Looking For Clara directed by Victor Alfieri, I play one of the lead roles " Oscar". I was present during the torture scenes were my character dies, I can testify that all the make up for these scenes were done professionally by a special effect team and the stunts were performed by Alfieri who made sure all the stunts were done both safely and professionally. I did not see anyone complaining or getting hurt. Alfieri was not abusive to any of us, on the contrary during shooting there was a lot of levity and laugher from both cast and crew. I personally enjoyed the shooting, and it appeared to me that the rest of the cast and crew did likewise." Simone Spinazze

    From Laura Gigante:
"I, Laura Gigante declare as follows: I worked on the film Looking for Clara directed by Victor Alfieri, I witnessed Alfieri's hard work as a director and his passion for the film. Alfieri was very strict in keeping the production on schedule, but he was not abusive to any of the cast or crew, nobody was subjected to any dangerous conditions. I can testify that Alfieri never made sexual advances or demands on me or any other of the female cast or crew members. I personally enjoyed the filming and I look forward to be working with Alfieri again." Laura Gigante

    1. If you read the post "Safety Violations and Abuse on Set" you will see that I stated that Victor was never abusive to the Italian cast.

Robert Madison only shot one day. Simone shot 2 days... as to Laura Gigante, she only had 2 scenes in Rome and one in Calcata. None of them was present for the "torture" scenes in the catacombs. I was there. I witnessed what happened!

  3. I would loooove to see the faces of the people who would want to impersonate this Alfieri; they must be eight weird, sick losers... Quick, Adriana, send out an investigator and get the "IPS" (um, does Alfieri mean ISP?) for this account, and then you will know who really sent this to you!

    1. I have James Bond working on this now. I am sure he will find them!

  4. This post was just about Victor's explanation of a facebook chat with me. He could not admit that we were ever romantic or sexual, so he had to blame this communication on a "hacker"... or better yet, 8 impersonators.

And wait for another post to come. He will explain how the flirtatious and sexy messages I received from him were not really sent by him... Who sent them?

  5. Alfieri is a real gentleman. He never attracted attention to this lawsuit (even when it ended in his favor with you retracting the allegations). He has never spoken a single bad word about you, never exposed your private affairs, emails or feelings or innermost thoughts in public. Much respect for him.

  6. It is clear you do not know ALL the facts. Please go to "Why Alfieri Sued Me": What Truly Prompted the Lawsuit." Why Alfieri Dismissed the Lawsuit" and "Press Release." A lot of the information is there.

He has never spoken a bad word about me???? Please read his complaint in the post "Why Alfieri Sued Me." You can also read "Who Financed the Lawsuit Against Me" Then you can make up your mind as to his status as a true "gentleman."

The reason I am speaking up is because it is MY RIGHT. Why do I include emails and texts???? Simply to show proof and credibility.

  7. Adriana, have you noticed that all the posts that cite the "statements" are posted by Anonymous - I wonder if this is an alias for one of Alfieri's eight "hacker impostors"... Hee, hee, heeeeeee, he is funny!

    1. I also noticed that there are 11 new votes (for the question if he is telling the truth). All the new votes are on his favor, stating that he IS indeed telling the truth.... so the Facebook Hacker/Impostor Story must be true!!!

  8. Please write a book and make a movie about your story. It has a lot of potential. Of course Victor is not telling the truth.
