Business Networking

Update as of 10-15-2018 -- The case has been dismissed by both parties.  As we have agreed to move forward, the dismissed case will remain confidential.

Yesterday, my good friend, Roxane Davis forwarded to me the LinkedIn message below that she received from Victor.



It is good that Victor Alfieri has decided to be "professional" and expand his business network. He wants to reach out to all possible business contacts. Nothing wrong with that... However, what he seems to forget is that Roxane was Clark J. Gable's manager during the production of our movie and that his attorney, Roger Muse, threatened to sue her. Now he wants to connect?
Roxane's reply to this email was simply, "you're kidding, right?"

Alfieri's desire to expand his network did not stop there, he also sent a LinkedIn request to the movie co-director/chief editor. Her lawsuit against Victor is still pending... and he wants to also connect with her?

He probably did get AMNESIA and does not remember the he has burned bridges with so many people... He certainly burned the bridge with me and broke my trust.

Update on Post-Production

Alfieri has not kept me informed of the status of the movie. He claimed there were two new investors but has failed to provide their names, copies of their agreements and proof of investment.  He continues to breach our written agreement again.... and again.





Disclaimer – As of October 15, 2018, all legal issues have been resolved. This resolution was reached during arbitration. There are no pending issues related to fraud or theft. The resolution was mutually agreeable. There will be no more posts written about this story.
