During his deposition on August 16, 2012, Victor seemed to have forgotten how we actually met, started talking and how got to know each other. He forgot how flirtatious he was with me from the beginning. He even forgot that we were "intimate" for a year - at least that is what he testified under oath. He claimed that he and I never had a romantic or sexual relationship.

Even when he was shown facebook chats, emails and text messages, he assured that he did not remember writing or saying those things to me.

Disclaimer – As of October 15, 2018, all legal issues have been resolved. This resolution was reached during arbitration. There are no pending issues related to fraud or theft. The resolution was mutually agreeable. There will be no more posts written about this story.
